How very sad that yet more manned checkouts have gone. Does Asda not intend to provide a proper service at all in the future? I shall now shop where I get a better service. It's a shame as the staff are really good and I know it's not their fault.
I had the misfortune to be stuck in Bodmin Thursday night 31/01, due to snow, spent 15 hours in the cafe overnight, Ann who works in the cafe was fantastic, she looked after us all and remained cheerful througout, thank you ASDA xxx
Great place to shop late at night, I usually roll in at about 2am, its nice and quiet and I can shop in a nice germ free environment free from the publics multitude of lurgys, night staff are friendly too !
normal asda i like it better than tesco
Have just been in the Bodmin store and picked up something for 2-00 in the store,paid with some other shopping, not realising until I checked receipt outside that I had actually paid 8-00. Immediately went back into get a refund and let them know it is wrong on the shelf, no problem getting the refund but not an apology or we will check that and move it !!! I was annoyed why should I spend 10 minutes of my time, going back in just to receive a stupid blank look from the girl on customer service ! Maybe because I interrupted her talking to her mate !!!! Bloody ignorant.
