The nail gallery is brilliant great value for money great team and a warm welcome awaits all whether there for the first time or a seasoned customer a wide variety of treatments whether just a new set of nails or a complete top to toe you'll come out feeling rejuvenated well worth a visit
First time I went I had a lovely, chatty friendly girl but, the second time, the girl I had was hard work. I tried to engage her in conversation but, after three attempts of one-word replies, I gave up! Overall, neither myself, or a family member were impressed with the atmosphere. There seemed to be no personality, or pleasantries. I was under the impression that *they* we doing us a favour. Even when you phone, there is no "good morning/good afternoon" just an abrupt "nail gallery".Today, my second day since having my nails done, one nail gem has already dropped off. As for a family member, she requested a natural finish, but got clear, and the *flower* effect on one nail was most amateurish ruining the whole look.Apart from that, I/we are not keen on the "open" room - having no cubicles or privacy.To be fair, after phoning them to ask if the flower could be removed by ourselves, we were offered to return but, quite frankly, we have no desire to go back.
