Absolutely dicracefill service again from these today in bodmin. Katie who works there is absolutely useless and rude. Later did i find out that matt and his team have discussed our dispute with another client over the phone. this branch is the worst in the country and enterprise should consider who is in charge
Ridiculous business model, according to them they can't accept Lloyds Cards remotely to extend a hire. I have to drive to Bodmin to make payment....a round trip of 40 miles. They blame Lloyds, which I find wholly incredible. Having Googled the issue I called them back and V nicely they agreed to take the payment in sections therefore by passing the issue. Shame that wasn't offered during the first call which might have saved by blood pressure disappearing off the scale! However...be warned...use another payment option as Enterprise & Lloyds aren't friends...due if you look it up to sharp business practise. On this occasion they have redeemed themselves by offering me a lift home...which helps!
Can't drive manual. There was a problem providing us an automatic when we reached Bodmin. But they tried their best to help us out. If ever go to Bodmin again, I'll rent car from them.
