I have never had an experience as bad as this.ordered a ring paid in full at time of order and was told 3 weeks for delivery , 4 weeks later still waiting went in to be told didnt have it in ,said i would give it one more day and would then want to talk about comp or cancel order . Assisstant was quite curte when told this. Left shop and phone head office to speak to owner was not there but was promised call back.within half hour of this call ring was found ( strange that) lady was again was rude .wife went and got ring.when manager phone to dicuss staff member it was made ot that i was in fact the one that was rude and it was all my fault . If you want anyrhing approching customer service DO NOT use this shop ever
