Friendly staff but that is all you ever get, reported to Sarah Newton for failure to keep up with their legal requirements many times now. When it actually comes to maintaining properties they are appalling. Extremely bad workmanship by outside contractors and never put right, substandard materials used and serious repairs ignored. Buildings being left to fall in to disrepair while Cornwall housing just ignore it. Apparently not even owned by Cornwall council anymore so an employee told me today :( Sold quietly years ago to coreserve, not sure if that's the company name correctly as I've not found the company yet but I will do. Keep clear if you can
My taxi was plated for another year today and I can't speak highly enough of both Trish Jones and Claire Green in Licensing. I've been in business now as a taxi driver for nearly 9 years and they've always been very professional in what they do. Keep up the good work
Offered a job here 3 weeks ago, start date given but heard nothing since, only to be told on the start date that the job was withdrawn some weeks prior. Thanks very much Cornwall Council.
