Brilliant shop, I take my 3 year old son here and he always gets shoes that he likes (and a wide range of shoes that actually fit his wide, high-instepped feet). The man who deals with us gives plenty.of time to choose, try on and ensures they are a good fit. Been going here for 18 months and wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been a loyal customer of this store since my little one got her first pair of shoes, but after today's dreadful service I will never be going there again. I asked if my three year old could use the toilet but was abruptly told this was "against health and safety regulations" and that I should use the Wetherspoons up the road. I tried to explain that when a three year old needs the toilet you really don't get that long but the owner started shouting and I left. According to the owner, he 'doesn't care' that they will lose out on my business. Nice attitude....
I have been visiting the shop for well over 3 years. We buy our children's school shoes from here. I buy my shoes from here. I am yet to find a grumpy face in the shop. The staff are always fantastic and lovely. They greet you with a smile and are happy to serve you. They invite loyalty because they are so great. Thoroughly recommend everyone to use the shop.
