Lovely location in a historic building. Sarah is a brilliant host, knowing all about things to do in the local area. The breakfast is brilliant too. I would thoroughly recommend it!

Sarah is a wonderful host! This B & B is in a beautiful, historic 19th century Georgian building and exquisitely decorated!
I was disapppointed in this B&B having read the enthusiastic reviews posted on the web and after being recommended by another B&B owner who could not accommodate us early in December.. We were charged 90 per night for a small twin bedded room without ensuite, parking is not nearby and involved climbing a quite steep hill, luckily not too long. Our breakfast was very average and the coffee was not good.
What a wonderful little place this is. As soon as you walk in the feel of home is present. Sarah is an absolute credit to the bodmin area. Her breakdast and attention to detail is just exquisite. The B&B is just brilliant very clean and just a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back to stay.
