Visited here whilst on holiday in cornwall. Wonderful friendly staff and clientele. Very down to earth and gritty gym just how I like it. Mike was very friendly and helpful. My only criticism was difficulty parking. Not helped by roadworks at the time, but Mike was very helpful and got me a spot.
