Absolutely fantastic 24 hour gym. All the equipment is great to use, plenty of benches and weights/plates so you are never waiting. Which is one of the main reasons i was fed up with at my current gym before i was told about progym. Friendly owner and staff with a wealth of knowledge, my first year being a member at progym and its been great.
Best gym in Bodmin by a long shot!!! If you live anywhere near this place you need to get yourself there to have a look around once seen you will want to train there and be part of the pro gym team!!! Fantastic new top of the range equipment, loads of free weights, friendly family like atmosphere, always clean and tidy, fully stocked shop with top of the range supplements and equipment. The owner has years and years of bodybuilding knowledge and is a genuine down to earth guy that is there wanting to help everyone improve and meet their goals whatever they maybe. This gym isn't just for people that know their way around the gym its for everyone even if you have never stepped it to a gym you will be made to feel like at home and not be judged! if you get a chance check the gym out you wont regret it that is for sure:)

Excellent gym. Lots of weight plates and dumbbells, as well as benches, machines, squat rack etc Great bunch of people training and rich is very friendly and welcoming and offers lots of help.
