So this is the hotel that refused refuge to a lady and her little 13 year-old dog during the snow crisis this week?Premier - you should sack not only to staff who did that, but the person there who employed them. You are overtaking Ryan Air in shooting yourselves with dreadful PR.
Was nice will stay again if needed.. the receptionist was really helpful as we had a mix up with the booking but wss soon sorted after just one phone call. Top job
The premier Inn was lovely. The breakfast at 9.50 was awful. They refused to cook mushrooms without butter as I have an allergy to dairy. No Costa coffee available. Avoid the breakfast and eat in the town there are plenty of accomodating cafes loads cheaper and better.
Had a really great week at bodmin premier inn. The staff couldn't do enough for us, when our grandson took ill and was sick twice through the night the lady was so helpful and changed the bed. I will defiantly be staying there again. Our room was very hot but fans were supplied. 10/10 thanks for a great week.
